Noke Koî Festival

The Samauma Shonoya Village Festival takes place once a year in July and is a traditional celebration for the Noke Koî people, where knowledge of the forest passed down from generation to generation through oral tradition is shared.

Visitors participate in traditional dances, sacred chants, prayers, stories, games and eat typical foods. They also participate in ceremonies with Ayahuasca, rapé and sananga, as well as Kambô treatments.

Noke Koî Way of Life

The "Noke Koî Way of Life" experience offers complete immersion into traditional indigenous culture, where participants will have the opportunity to learn about how these people live, eat typical foods, watch traditional dances and songs, go hiking through the forest on trails and rivers, and follow the traditional diet of "muka", a drink made from cassava. A unique experience of connecting with nature and ancestry.

Diet

The diet is intended for participants who wish to begin their studies with sacred medicines from the forest, such as ayahuasca, rapé, sananga and kambô.

During the diet, students follow a more restricted diet and turn their gaze inward, promoting the strengthening of the spirit and the expansion of consciousness. The entire process takes place in the heart of the Amazon rainforest.

Traditional Ceremony

The traditional ceremony is an opportunity for participants who wish to learn about the mysteries of forest medicines alongside the traditional Noke Koî people.

The ceremonies take place in the village, starting at 10:00 pm and continuing until 6:00 am. They are conducted through traditional indigenous songs and with the use of ayahuasca, rapé and sananga medicines.
